Meet The Chef
Pasquale Ponticello, Corporate Chef and Master Pizzaiolo, boasts over 35 years in the culinary industry. Born in Aversa, Italy, Pasquale honed his craft globally, adapting diverse styles.

As the North American Brand Ambassador for AVPN Neapolitan Pizza Verace and a key member of the Faema Culinary Academy for over 7 years, he passionately imparts his knowledge to trainees and customers.
Known for his humility, humor, and love for food, Pasquale is celebrated as an authentic pizzaiolo.
